New Year Fever with COCO

Ive still got New Year fever, eating my minced pies and being merry! I still feel like it is Christmas and by the end of the post you may  agree with me :P

COCO is one of my all time favourite brands. I have quite a few maybe 25 all time favourite brands but they have varying reasons. For COCO it is the fact their designs are stylish, elegant, up to date and the textures look so real! Their older designs including the infamous Tulip Dress (top Polaroid) and sexy Combinaison Outfit (the unzipped white jumpsuit) are still gold in my books. "Old is gold" has never been more true! The Ruffle jacket is amongst my favourites in the "couture" category becuase it is very detailed, the ruffles are very nice and is an item of clothing that could never go out of style in my opinion :)

 COCO always thinks about their group members! One of the only designers (as far as i can recall) that works hard for their designs but ALSO produces some wonderfully stylish high grade gifts for all her loyal customers.

This is one of the latest group gifts, a beautiful Shirt Dress that is both stylish and MESH! It is rigged so it will move with you and with textures like these you will want them to move with you :)

I have also worn a previous group gift, Suede Boots which come in two variations with and without fur. They are rigged MESH and unrigged MESH so you decide how you want to wear these beauties.

 Another offering from COCO is the cashmere touch Turtleneck Sweater. Click on the image to see it larger. The sweater has a ribbed bottom edge which finished the sweater nicely but the skirt covers it up. Still cute, the Maitreya Pencil Skirt is a VIP group gift still available at their main store between clothing and footwear departments. One of the best pencil skirts i have ever seen. It is both slender, fitted and MESH!

I must not forget the wonderful Christmas Gift from Poetic Colours, Christmas Pearl Eyes. They come in a variety of sizes and either "bright or dark" eyes for that perfect look. Thank you! Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you too! <3 p="p">

 Going a bit off topic... Miel have made an amazing jewelry set JUST FOR YOU. Simply go to their store and click their subscribo to get their updates (click no#9 for the jewelry). The jewelry looks like it may vanish very soon! Quickly go get it :) The necklace and earrings are bohemian looking with an array of ethnic looking shiny beads tied together with pieces of cord. It looks gorgeous! Miel has never disappointed me <3 p="p">

I wore these lovely earrings with my COCO Turtleneck and with a couple of the older outfits. These seem to go with everything! They are colourchange in menu so its 7 in 1.

The final group gift from COCO is the Tuxedo Dress which is both a Tuxedo and a glitzy sequin mini dress in 1. Looks very sexy and stylish as it is but can be teamed up with accessories for an even more stylish look. The Tuxedo Dress is amongst my favourites from COCO probably becuase i am a sucker for any outfit that includes a sexy blazer. I thought I would wear my Christmas Gift Morantique LUSH Era pearl necklace with this outfit as well as a pair of heels from Mstyle called Rivea.

Although I did just mention the Rivea pumps from Mstyle, the Goshi pumps are the ones i really wanted to introduce to you all! The fit is lovely, the textures are crisp and the amount of colours you can get them in is insane! I wore these pumps with my Turtleneck Sweater outfit further up!

Last but not least (not COCO related but is super cute!) is the Tutys handbag puppy holder! It is super cute, I can not believe how many times i have said "awww" to this accessory. You simply need one of these. He is FREE on Marketplace so you can give this little puppy a home NOW!

Conclusion:
Cocoro is a lovely designer. Her work is lovely, her personality is amazing and finding designers that are both sweet and great at creating is rare. There are many designers that are sweet and fabulous that I enjoy speaking to & love to bits. Cocoro is just one of those amazing people on my list :)

Start 2013 with a BANG!

Today I am opening my christmas presents late... Yup, how can Michi possibly forget to open up her presents! Insanity! Ive decided I will open them up with you all and share my new goodies + some wonderful frees - Gotta catch em all!

 

A close friend of mine had given me an assortment of gorgeous pearl necklaces from Morantique. Already had a set (which i wore when opening the gifts - ref my crazy reaction shot lol) from Morantique which i love a lot... But there are brothers and sisters to thiswonderful piece!

All of these necklaces are available at the Morantique LUSH store - My favourites are the Gardenia and the Era.

 G Field have some wonderful RIGGED MESH winter dresses available at their store! Fabulously free and gorgeous! Easy to dress up into something very girly and cute or dress down into something more trendy. I love my Docs so i decided to team them up with this dress.

 These are some amazing boots which are a staple for anyone in SL. Yes Mesh is the new black in terms of fashion however I still like my sculpties becuase... We became fashionable with them so shunning them becuase their more attractive sibling has come over is unthinkable. But that is my opinion :)

Gos is a great fashion brand retailing accessories, footwear and much more (i believe they do furniture!). I spoke to the owner a while back and he told me the method of doing it all, each prim piece is twice baked (kinda like scrumptious cookies right? so cool!). Plus simply zooming in on these babies pretty much speaks for itself, they are very detailed, look real and when i stare too long i almost try to grab them from my screen!

 These boots are available in 9 basic shades however, like everything at Gos you can buy colour packs for additional fashion fun! I purchased every single colour add on so i can really customise. Each pair of Docs from Gos come with a funky menu so you can change the individual textures and the style (ref number pics, 1 = pristine, 2 = abused and 3 = loose). I normally go for Loose becuase it looks really relaxed and sexy with a pair of jeans or skirt/dress.

 Say hello (and goodbye if i am too late... sorry guys!) to the christmas and new years gift from Lelutka. Many may be seen running around in this hair, it indeed is a lovely piece from the Lelutka girls. They never fail to amaze me. This hair is very long and sexy and like most things can be "dressed up" for an elegent look or "dressed down" for a sexy maybe sultry look. The decision is all yours!  3 NEW Happy New Year gift hairs by Exile. I have worn them all in "Bleach" which is a colour I like quite a lot for its multitonal colour. Its a nice natural bleached blonde. All of these hairstyles are wonderful however my heart sways closer to Betty and Violetta. Rayanne is a funky style with its pretty braid coming down the side but its very different (different can be cute though! I shall give it a test drive).
Very nice of Exile's owner Kavar to give us these beautiful hairstyles as a gift. Its a nice thoughtful gift perfect for the season and available in an array of colours. Dont like blonde? Maybe black? Blue? Silver?... List goes on :P

Quick Change!

After running around in lingerie all of yesterday i changed into a smart casual combo, ran into a pigeon with a Lil Kim wig (you can find all sorts of things in SL there days! Cool eh?) and a NEW release from Indyra's Originals. Oh and of course new hair releases from EXILE!

A combo i whipped up straight after i completed yesterday's posting. Firstly i must comment on the blazer... It is amazingly fabulous!!! The textures are very sharp and detailed, the prim part textures follow the actual clothing seamlessly and if you have not noticed... its figure flattering! For people like me, skin and bones, figure flattering is 'mua importante'. The blazer jacket is smart, feminine, sexy and stylish all in one. An item of clothing that can be dressed up and dressed down. REMEMBER: - Rule 1# in the fashionista code book is to buy clothing with a keen eye for detail, style and versatility. The combo also features my favourite sheer shirt from Pink Outfitters, shorts from the legendary brand MYTH and the N-Core Chic heels posted yesterday (Link to posty on N-core Chic and its features).

Then... located this lovely outfit from Indyra's Originals. Its name has slipped my mind (typing posty whilst out of SL and munching on oreos lol) but the lovely outfit is available in various different colours and accessory/accent options (gold or silver?). Indyra has also made matching heels for those two versions, silver and gold, as well as matching clutch bags! I am sporting the outfit with gold accents and the gold coloured snake skin clutch. I want to appologise for the REALLY bad attempt in fitting the top. It it not supposed to have the white undershirt coming out from the bottom but i could not edit it entirely to fit myself so... This is an example of when i am terrible at editing clothing LOL

NEW Aura heels at N-Core!!! Excitement for all of us that have waited patiently for the girls there to build us something uber kawaii. For those who have only just heard of the newness at N-Core now i URGE you to take a look at my previous posting (Link <---). I have been talking about the new shoes at N-Core for a long time since i got them, my friend's ears are probably blocked with ear plugs. The new heels have a new concept about them, new feet sculpts and textures where the shape and look is very elegant. You can make the heels look just as sexy as the old pairs and classy at the same time. Its fantastic!

These N-core Aura's come in two versions so you get 2 heels for the price of 1. Now that is bargainus! I have the options of the HUD posted here.

Now onto hairrrrr. My favourites from the new releases are Paris, in the above pic and Pandora in the picture below. Paris is a very seductive style for me. Reminds me of some of the sexy advertisments from Yves Saint Laurent like the one for the YSL Cinema fragrance. I have seen this style created before, the first of its kind perhaps two years back and it was executed terribly. This style on the other hand is spot on. If you are going for the gothic glamor look or model or even just want something to add to your wardrobe... This hairstyle is a must!

This is Pandora, also a new release from Exile's Kavar Cleanslate. Its very trendy but also sexy. This style can be dressed up and down *notices a group of angry people running after her telling her to stop repeating herself* @_@  A style like this is one all girls should have. Most people impulse buy and that is really bad... just becuase something is fresh out of photoshop or "everyone has it" does not make it an item for YOU! Think about your personal style and think about the versitality of the clothing item/accessory/hairstyle before commiting yourself. That is the key to reducing your inventory and getting a good collection of items you can mix and match for a perfect look :)

Ok so now i am not talking about madonna or virgins today BUT i am going to talk about the NEW and pretty things over at Action! Not only action but also N-Core! So without further ado...

This is a new set of undies over at Action. They are mix and match with 6 different colours to choose from. OMG MY FEET!?!!?? Can you also see what i see??? They look REAL! Yes those are the NEW Ncore bare feet ;P They come wih sock options like all the new heels, loads more nail options, improved sculpts and textures for an even better N-Core experience :)   Back to the undies...

These are the Action undies available in the colours shown... They are mix and match so you can go crazy with the colours and be booring by putting black and black together *coughs* or be a little eventurous and mix your colours. I may have done the mixing a bit badly but you can see how you can imrpove! That means you are ready to explore with your panties and bras @_@

 Another pair of undies that match the bras are called"cheeky's". They are in complimentary colours to the bras and are the hotter version of the everyday pair in the above pic and look oh so cute! Both the everyday panties and the cheeky's have this cute little black bow on the front <3 And SORRY i forgot to take a snap of the back of these booty hugging panties D:  The shoes worn with the cheeky panties are another NEW pair of heels at N-Core called Chic. If you havent noticed already, they are ankle strap FREE! Thats right! No more hideous anke straps concealing the seam between your avatar and the feet skin \0/ The shoes have alphas and i believe you MUST have the latest viewer (or one that handles 2.0 layers - tatoos and alphas) for the shoes to look their best. ALWAYS TRY YOUR DEMOS!!!

Happy Valentines Chicas!

OK i know most are getting ready for the pinkest event with their special someone this year... Finally in 2011, brand new year! Lets try and make this year something to remember ^_^

Unlike most i haven't a valentine but that DEFINITELY does not stop me from gearing up my avatar with the hottest valentines wears OH NO WAY ha ha. Perfect excuse to wig out at shopping malls XD

Today's outfit is a rather showy compilation featuring New shirt and hair from Action, my signature white tube bra from OhMai!, New feet heels from HOC Industires and pre-release lingerie from Mushie! First off is the new Emily hair from Action. It comes with a hat you can recolour in the menu, 6 options:

Grey, Grey Plaid/Tartan, Black, Black Tartan, Brown, Brown Tartan.

The hair has two streak prims that you can tint to any colour even the hair colour that you are wearing. i am wearing nut so... yeah ha ha The streaks have a option where you can hide or show them. With TONES of colours for the streaks it is so much fun matching this hair to outfits. I have the Essentials pack which has the following colours:

Going onto the actual style of the hair. It reminds me of something a model MAY have worn in one of the issues of PopTeen or Vivi Japanese/Korean fashion magazines. That is one of the main reasons i really love this style! Its trendy but can be dressed up or down depending on the outfit. I would wear this hair with the COCO blazer with the waist ribbon belt and my favourite Bermuda shorts from Pink Outfitters ^_^

Mushie is a store that has not opened YET but plans to very soon... they make some hawt and sexy undies and these "half stocking" style socks and those girly briefs are just SOME of the wears they will have on offer.

The briefs have, "valentines gift" printed inside a heart onto of our lady bits! LOL its cute because it definitely gets MY message across to some of the sexy characters in this weired and wonderful world of ours ;P The stockings are some of my favourites in sl because of the ribbed design across the top. Many designers have the ribs but not enough detailing is applied or the socks on a whole are blurred OR worse! The WHOLE DAMN THING is blurred and with seams. So these make tears of happiness roll down my cheeks! The racer back style top is a new release from Action. You can wear it with the various patterned tube bras created by the store but i wanted to use my all time favourite tube bra from OhMai so... Sacrifices had to be made I'm afraid. The shirt comes in many colours, the one worn at the moment is called Brilliant.

Whilst on my venture i located a new pair of heels from HOC industries called Noir Silettos. They are a pair of patent feet heels with a solid metal heel! Comes in 9 different colours, matching toenails and ofcourse a skin tinting HUD. Something i forgot to show was the additional shoe colours ONLY useable if the HOC grouptag is worn. That is a bit of a pain especially if we manage to fill our 40 group spaces with other things we just DO NOT want to let go of. You get additional heel textures and i believe a french tip nailpolish. I LOVE FRENCH TIP so i am going to need to add the group to get that option in my heels lol 

Becuase i was wearing socks and these shoes have toes i edited the toenails and popped on a "FullTransparent" texture onto them prior to editing the colour of the skin to match my socks. If you do this also PLEASE make a copy and PLEASE do not try on any nailpolishes with that version of heels becuase then you will just have to do the whole thing again x_x

Goodbye 2010, Hello 2011

It is officially 2011 now... some say what you do on the first of January (i think its the 1st Jan, not entirely positive lol) you will do for the rest of the year! But i am sure most people simply look forward to the new year so they can make a new start on their old habits... Like eating deserts at 10pm and making the resolution to diet but then goes straight to KFC on the same day! And i wanted to start the year by not only waking up late with an Amy Whinehouse birdnest style hairstyle but to create and present a skin that is nothing like what i have done so far!

The creation process is complete and it may already be onsale but i want to formally introduce the skin I have been waiting a very long time to create. Its name is Precious...

This skin is MY new year message telling myself to try something new and fresh, be adventurous and enjoy myself. Because at the end of the day in RL and SL we are our own No#1 fan, best friend and worst enemy... A wise friend of mine in SL told me "the relationship you have with yourself is most important" (she said this was from sex in? the city... but eh its still true lolz).

The skin has this innocent look about it which can be either made more known or sexed up to look quite interesting. I put out christmas/newyear makeups as a free groupgift yesterday... I know christmas has gone a long time ago but its all good in the hood ;P First time i have done a style card so please dont scream if its just too messy and strange haha

I hope you all like this skin as much as i do. It comes in all 6 skintones that i make (there are 4 diferent styles of cleavages in the same skintones to match too!) and features a hairbase option. This skin is great for child avatars also so deffinately check out the skins :)

Choramimi Delectables!

A post that is long overdue... Choramimi clothing! This japanese designer HAS hit blogs a few times but i want to go that step further and attempt to do the brand justice. The designer is a very sweet, cute little japanese girl. She has a very creative imagination for outfits that look firece but also lolite (i hope i spelt that right!) at the same time. Let me show you some of the hawtness i picked up at her store ^_^

This is the "bea-onp" dresses... they acctually come with leggings and are long enough to cover your bootey but becuase i am so tall I sort of mess it all up :3 So i have worn these equally delicious BOOM skirts to cover up! These dresses are like baggy babydoll tops tucked into a pleated skirt, all one attachment. All sculpts are of extremely high quality as you would expect from any larger brand like KIM Bodysuits. My only problem was the skirt... The acctual pleats in the skirt have no shading on them so indicate the acctual pleats when windlight is on for those flawless images we all know about and love to take. Somehow with my new lappy, updated emergence viewer the pleats look PERFECT in these windlight enabled shots so... dont pay too much attention to what i am saying lol. The dresses come with matching horizontally striped leggings which are UBER cute but... becuase i am so tall with my spidery long legs i look like a pigeon on crack when i wear it all as is XD

LOVE the BOOM skirts... they arent a new release but i love them to bits regardless of their ability to appear "trashy" to some degree. Depends entirely on how you rock these booty hugging darlings! Do purchase a pair of these and try them for yourself, if you dont feel them working for you then do not fret! They are super cheap so if they dont work just leave it ^_^ But i bet you gals will love them as much as i do :D

Next up are a set of tank tops that come with two lower attachments but i prefered the second style and stuck with that. The first attachment was for a babydoll style top and i have always found them make me look prego >_> They work fabulously on some avatars, i have seen! But on me it is, "take it off, burn it, burn any proof of wearing the babydoll and move on with your life!!!" lol. These tops are really sexy and cute at the same time, making them versitile for many outfit combinations. I wanted to go for a casual look so popped on a pair of folded pants from Pink Outfitters and the boots i forgot to photograph for the previous post from Coquette. The denim-ish style pants are no longer at the Pink Outfitter's store as far as i am aware but they have plenty of other goodness that is just as coolio!

I am wearing the BRAND NEW Exile Nyx in this outfit compilation. I adore this style for its windswept appearence, it is very cute and well built. I remember a point in our SL lives where everyone wanted special styles for photographs to get the blowing in the wind effect. We used to rush to 69 hair and overload the designer with purchases of her pose hair. You no longer have to do that when you have designers like Kavar from Exile making styles perfect for photography and dailywear 100 times better and in a larger selection of tones!!!

The style in the first image is also an Exile hair called Rina. Picked it becuase it was perfect for my Megan Fox look (used Fhang Candy 50L bakesale skin as a base ofcourse). Like Nyx, it has a gorgeous windswept look that has been constructed VERY well. Before writing this post i acctually walked around for a little bit in the outfit in picture 1 and was told "omg your hair is amazing... its windswept with waves but looks like its in motion. Where can i purchase it?...". That is the reaction i get when i wear these styles XD Want show stopper looks? Exile is for you without a doubt!

These are the new Sienna boots from Indyra's Originals that match the dresses by the same name. As you can see they come in 10 different colours... But i made a slight booboo when i did the shots. Basicly usually when i take pictures some things either dont load PERFECTLY or take ages to load. Two pairs of boots did not load exactly right BUT the boots are top notch. My viewer, graphics is just crap LOL These boots are like taller more suade looking versions of the very popular Redgrave bikerboots. They are equal in quality, texture and look amazing with any outfit. These were designed for the dresses but wearing them with a skirt, pair of jeans or bermuda shorts works so well. These shoes should be on your christmas check list!

Lastly a shot of something many SLers wanted, and SLink made happen. The first of its kind, prim teeth. Now i will start with my positive comments (everything new has pros and cons...). The teeth look amazingly real, like the stiletto moody of teeth! They are not scripted meaning NO or less lag. You also get many different versions to suit your avatar mouth shape... The cons now! You have to tint the lipstick and teeth by hand, that means "edit, check that little box so you edit selected prims, recolour/reposition/resize". The lips do not work so well with highly detailed lips (i managed to make them fit quite nicely on the lower lip of this Megan skin however other skins may prove to be more tedious). Also baring in mind that skin creators tend to add heavy shading around the lips to create the desired mouth shape... These lips do not compliment those shadings but work against them showing up as random light patches in odd places (noticed this alot around the upper lip... i make the lips fullbright when doing windlight settings so it looks flawless to some degree). AND... yes there is more... and no i am not bitching lolz... AND unless you know how to edit prims effectively (like you can at least fit your hair accurately, build a wooden prim pigeon and make your very own neko tail... if you can not do any of that you are in trouble LOL). Overall as i had no problems fitting, had some but not too many re-colouring and resizing was ok, i give these teeth a 7/10. 7 becuase they look fabulous but are a bit difficult for the majority of SL fashionistas (i know one in particular that decided to make the lips invisible in an attempt to fit the teeth properly LMAO no names...) to fit properly. Also they can be a bit of a nightmare with the shading issues... But do get yourself a copy!!! Try them out and let me know what YOU think :) I love them...

Patent Lace and Weavalicious Things...

Hai guys... it has been a while since i have done a post and had two items in particular which are WAY overdue on their posting thingy bob. Those Mentine boots... everyone loved them and they were all the rage, ladies after this post anyone who does not already own a pair will be pushing, shoving and kill to buy a pair of these babies!!! Also a collection of Sienna dresses from Indyra's Originals which are basicly lace dresses with a short frilly twist to them. I want to appologise to Indy and Valentine for taking FOREVER to post these and hope although they are not BRAND NEW releases, you guys REALISE they are the ShizNit! lolz

These are those darling patent ankle boots... i wanted to take pictures like the ones Valentine had for her store and blog but didnt want matching matching becuase then i might as well have used hers on my blog rofl. Keeping it all simple for these babies... So many colour variations its like walking into a candy store and the shoes look just as sweet as candy! If there were not so many always looking at me i would probably be attempting to eat these shoes (guys you know damn well i would LOL... and dont deny it you would too! XD). The shoes have been sculpted with precision the way your typical Gos, Stiletto Moody or even Bax boot would be and i am VERY impressed these heels come with that expert quality but NOT the crazy price. Each heel comes with various colours built into the heel itself (i believe it does... mine do so yeah lol) so if "Barbie Pink" doesnt match your taste for the day you could always use "Peach" or "Hot Pink" :D

The shoes are fully modable in the sence you can change the colour of the sole of the shoes, the metal toecap thingy (if you want one or not, if yes then silver or gold? its fab ^_^) and ofcourse the resizing! The shoes are made FOR invisiprims HOWEVER you can use the alpha layer provided instead of popping on the included invisi prim feet covers so you can easily reduce your laggability rate (its a word... look it up in the pigeonlicious dictionary, kthankx lol). I deffinately reccomend every woman have a pair of these... it may be winter but who says you need to wear Ugg style booties and knit stuff? Every road is a runway... regardless of if its prim, glowing with crazy laser beams or just plain crooked becuase the person doing the land shaping was drunk. These heels will make you stand out in any crowd and scream "CUTE".

For the perfect outfit to match i reccomend Indyra's Original's Sienna dress which is lacy with a cute collar that comes with various ribbon variations to suit your style. The outfit has a pair of heels made specificly to match but i have not photographed them sadly - they are cute so check them out when you look for this dress! Even if your preffered outfit is a pair of jeans or bermuda pants, these boots are amazing! I recently paired them up with a pair of graphite bermuda shorts from Pink Outfitters and it was like i had died and gone to heaven (i wore the socks included with this dress as well to really make the look pop)! And if you have not noticed yet, i have matched a pair of the mentine heels with each dress... CAN YOU SEE HOW THEY WORK SO WELL?!??!! Its like cream cheese on a bagel or sushi and wasabi... both work together so nicely and look cute! As its so cold and it is winter AND almost christmas i suggest the lighter colours for purchase, No#4 + 6 and 9 becuase those are THE best for those cold tempretures. One would assume the lace would reveal a little too much but acctually all my lady bits are hidden unlike a few articles of clothing on this blog where i have had to cover up with my OhMai! tube bra LOL

The dress works well with cleavage, so for all you cleavage crazy chicks... this dress will work wih your new enhanced rack! haha

This hair is absolutely gorgeous and the ONLY item that is brand new, right off the prim builder from Exile. Its the new hair called Lake! I ADORE this new style with its wavey tufts of hair and its sexy but classy style. It has the essence of your typical Exile hair doo but thekind of style that does not scream "gurl you be wearing a weave and it aint right... you better clip that s*** out and throw it in the bin! You heard me?". No way this weave isnt one of those cheap PVA DIY weaves... this is a Tyra banks lace front! haha The style fits perfectly onto my large head (my head is size 70) but naturally would look just as good on anyone with a smaller head. I am wearing Chocolate which is a lovely tone that matches my Aevana skin's hairbase \0/ I am so sorry i keep repeating myself i have to stop and stare at the image above and then continue typing! I just love the style THAT much... i cant wait to get back into SL to stare at it in real time LMFAO haha
